Born in the Caribbean, raised at her grandmother’s stove
Jen’s cooking started in Anguilla, making meals beside her grandmother. It became a career more than ten years ago: seasons in 5-star hotels and restaurants, then several years as the private chef of a real-estate mogul in St Martin.
Today she cooks across St Barts and St Martin: Asian, Caribbean, American and French tables, always from fresh product. Villa weeks, wedding dinners, birthdays, or a simple dinner at home.
“The kitchen is my oasis.”
